Mr Russell came to inspect a leaky glow worm combi boiler, he diagnosed the problem, and then spoke to our maintenance company who were unable to diagnose the problem and explained to them the fault. Excellent speedy service, friendly manner. Recommend Mr Russell to anyone looking for a gas safe registered engineer. Thank you! Customer in Southsea, 20 December 2013 Boiler service and gas hob replacement. Richard accepted the challenge of replacing the gas hob with relish, I think it was more interesting than the boiler service! The original gas hob had not been fitted with maintenance or removal in mind and when the gas feed fell out, nor safety. Fitting the new gas hob required a few modifications to the cabinets which he was happy to undertake.
